Desktop: MCP feature not yet connected to Desktop app

Task

MCP (Model Context Protocol) functionality has not been integrated into the Desktop app.

What's needed

The MCP support exists in the core runtime (crates/core/src/mcp.rs, crates/mcp/, crates/rmcp-client/) but has no configuration or UI in the Desktop app.

Requirements

• Desktop app needs a configuration UI or settings page for MCP server connections
• MCP tool results should render properly in the Desktop transcript
• Need to verify MCP connection lifecycle (connect, tool call, disconnect) works from Desktop
