Drop its row from the navigation map, set the org total 20 -> 19, and the Research and records group count 4 -> 3 (categories remain internally consistent: 3+6+4+3+3=19). AFI Research Institute / research posture (afi-econ, afi-benchkit, afi-artifacts) unchanged.
