SBMR is required for physical servers in SystemReady band since SRS v3.1.1. The current SystemReady band ACS image integrates SBMR in-band testing, but SBMR out-of-band testing must still be executed separately from an external host machine.
This issue tracks improving automation for SBMR out-of-band testing so that partners can run and collect the full SBMR compliance evidence more consistently.
Note that Power-cycle-related tests are not included in the initial scope of this issue. Their feasibility still needs to be evaluated.
