GPU CI/CD

ARTIST requires CI/CD for GPU support, this includes:

• Server infrastructure to run tests on the GPU, see Issue Server Infrastructure for Tests #53.
• Tags in all relevant tests that enable them to run either GPU or CPU, see Issue Include CUDA and CPU Option in Test Fixtures #24.
• Proper deployment of the CI/CD pipeline to ensure the GPU tests are run on the GPU hardware provided.
