disable static public upload with Architect

Looks like Architect will automatically upload your public folder if you are using @http, as we can see in our preview / staging environment

not sure if there's a way to disable that? Just delete the directory manually?

From the discord, seems like it could be done by setting this in app.arc? Worth a try anyway
