[Feature] Allow manually syncing audio and video

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some videos have the audio and video out of sync, whether due to a poor DASH stream or even the video itself being out of sync in the first place.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to adjust the audio-video sync manually until it matches. Maybe a slide bar or a manual input box in the player.

Describe alternatives you've considered
So far no alternative other than downloading the video and resyncing the local file.

There is a video delay feature which you may want to try using. configurable in settings.
