Log color problem

This server is running Paper version 1.21.11-92-main@e7445e1 (2026-01-11T23:38:04Z) (Implementing API version 1.21.11-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
You are running the latest version
Previous version: 1.21.10-123-659e965 (MC: 1.21.10)

Description of the problem:

When starting the server, HeadDatabase using colors in logs and not resetting it in the end
Because of this all logs in console is green

How to replicate:

Just start the server with HDB installed

I use Intellij IDEA console because runs test server locally
