Feature request: ubuntu support

Hi,
Thanks for providing those packages. Would it be easy to add ubuntu package generation ? I read quickly and it seems generating new docker images should be enough, but before trying to do a PR I'd rather ask your opinion

Sadly I do not have much experience with Ubuntu packaging and there might be something crucial or annoying enough that caused separation of Ubuntu PPA and Debian DPA for PHP packages :(

But it should be easy enough to fork this Github repository and transform such fork to standalone Ubuntu-only package repository if you want one. Thankfully Github Container Registry, Github Actions and Github Pages are free so you will only need local Docker to build and push updated images for build environment and GnuPG to generate your own signing key.

Feel free to ask questions about this building pipeline if something seems unclear or confusing.
