Which repo is the "official" one?

Hello,

There seems to be two repositories for Azure Database for PostgreSQL. One here (where we are now ;) ) and one here.

1. Can we combine so we have only one point of code/contact?
2. If not, can we get some attention over at the other one?
   • There are some issues there that could really use some official help

This repo is for the GitHub action. The one you are linking to is some arm template example repo. Probably used in their documentation. They aren't really related.
