Website Rewrite

Rewriting the Website as a native website first:
For functional UI for now:

• Provisional Design
• Playlist drag & drop or file selector.
• Automatic formatting from any form and sending it to the backend to make overlay setup easier.

Adding more features like storage and TA later.
