Address.transactions is missing documentation for page query parameter

The documentation for GET Address.transaction is missing the documentation for the query paramters for querying pages. It's also missing example output.

The output of this endpoint contains a pagesTotal property when Insight API returns paginated data. Paginated data is queries using a query parameter like ?page=2.

The scope of this Issue is to add documentation for the pagination feature and how to query additional pages.
