Hi @riker09, thanks for the heads-up! Yes, I'm aware of the upstream maintenance update — the Debian Trixie base image switch, along with the Python and Node dependency bumps. It's a welcome improvement from a security and compatibility standpoint. Flatnotes-Enhanced carries a significant number of custom features layered on top of the base — including collapsible task groups, shared notes, database-backed user settings, mobile optimizations, and several custom Vue components. Because of this, upstream changes to the build environment and dependency stack can't simply be pulled in without careful review to ensure nothing breaks in the enhanced feature set. The plan is to evaluate the upstream changes thoroughly, verify compatibility with all existing enhancements, and integrate them once testing confirms no regressions. I won't be pulling it in automatically, but it is on the roadmap. Thanks again for flagging it — it's appreciated! |

Recently the base repo dullage/flatnotes has received an update. The build and the run images changed to Debian Trixie, Python and Node dependencies were updated, and more. It's a maintenance updated that should be simple enough to pull in. Are you planning on keeping in alignment with the source?
