Pre-parse compiler file

1. When adding a new compiler, pre parse the compiler file (such as parsing and saving it as iostream. reddandaide. preparse), and the next time you parse a file, simply open the pre parse file.
2. Provide options in compiler settings for whether to pre parse and delete pre parsed files.
