Keywords Formatting

Grad. ed. required a student to add a period at the end of their list of keywords.
The exact formatting of the keywords is ambiguous so I have a question into them to get further clarification on their expected format.
Here are the unresolved items:

• Period at end of keywords. Fixed by (Add period after last keyword #83)
• Required/optional "and" preceding last keyword (oxford comma or not).
• Capitalization of first keyword.
