dvol data doesn't seem to survive the reboot of a machine

probably users would care about it doing so. Not sure why this is. My laptop crashed and when I brought the docker-machine VM back, dvol had forgotten about its branches.

possibly because of VOLUME ["/var/lib/dvol"] in Dockerfile
