I'd like to report a bug.
Since yesterday, the chat has started freezing randomly. The interface becomes unresponsive, making it impossible to continue the conversation.
Additionally, the Questions section also stops working. I can't submit my answers, but the timer continues running normally, causing me to lose the daily hours I could have used, as if everything were working correctly.
Expected Behavior
If the application freezes, the timer should not continue counting while the interface is unusable.
Current Behavior
The chat randomly freezes.
It's impossible to answer Questions.
The timer continues running even though no interaction is possible.
When we return to a new section, we usually lose an unused hour, so I couldn't use the freebuff today. If possible, there could be a button to resume the freebuff upon reopening without losing the hours...
Additional Information
The issue started yesterday. Before that, everything was working normally.
The issue continues to occur across different sessions.
It doesn't appear to be a problem with my computer, as everything else is working normally.
No error messages are displayed.
