Prevent public publishing of creations if they're not ready yet

Expected Behavior

Creations shouldn't appear public if they're not ready yet. It seems like they are public the moment you start the challenge? Currently there are a lot of creations showing up that haven't been completed yet.

• Add a "Ready to publish" or similar button

Hey @atomiks, thanks for the suggestion. We are going to make it so that you have to hit 'Save' before it submits it to the challenge. Will let you know once we have implemented this!
