HydraDragonAntivirus Behavior Engine SDK (biggest engine telemetry at behavior_engine.rs) into Comodo's OpenEDR project. Also transform into vs2022 project with making compileable without any compile problems.

Fully integration of every HydraDragonAntivirus feature into ComodoSecurity
