[Suggestion] Add option to enable auth-hooks to plugin config

Did you try adding the hooks to the custom endpoints, for example the afterLogout one? It would perhaps be useful to try adding it to the config, though I am not sure exactly how that piece of code is expected to behave

To ensure the expected behaviour, I now execute the afterLogout hooks (8de6ee9) in the same way as payload does.

It will be shipped with the next version.
