NOTICE

This repository's code was copied from the ATLAS TDAQ package "dbe"
(https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-tdaq-software/dbe/) (from its dbe-02-12-17 version) in February 2023; the
carbon copy of that code can be found in commit
b876976981116d740a260263497b7d3bbbf2265f in this repo. Since then, the
code has been refactored for the DUNE DAQ.

Consistent with the ATLAS "dbe" repository's Apache 2.0 license:

* A copy of the original ATLAS dbe NOTICE is reproduced below and in
  licenses_and_notices/NOTICE.dbe_ATLAS.

* A copy of the ATLAS dbe Apache 2.0 license is included in
  licenses_and_notices/LICENSE.Apache2.0; it is to be considered only
  in terms of satisfying ATLAS dbe's license terms and not as a
  licensing of this repository's code as such.

* All modifications to the source files for DUNE DAQ in this
  repository are marked as such in each file's header.
