[BUG] Ender Glass not dropping if connected to another Ender Glass

Describe the bug
When placed next to each other, Ender Glass does not drop when mined with silk touch. Ender Glass only drops when it is isolated and there is no adjacent ender glass next to it.

To Reproduce
Place down two ender glass next to each other
Mine both
cry because you lost your ender glass

Expected behavior
Both ender glass should drop with silk touch

Spectrum Version: 1.11.8
Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
Mod Loader: NeoForge

Another Issue, after trying to move ender glass connected to another ender glass with a piston, the game crashes. It is a little inconsistent

Another update, the game also crashes when using a create contraption to separate ender glass, and it deletes the contraption when trying to place glass back down
Doesn't crash when using a physics assembler from create aeronautics on one glass, thankfully
