I am a contributor to Darts, a popular time series forecasting Python library. Recently, I have started to implement some foundation models such as Chronos-2 in Darts unified APIs. I notice that your Toto model supports multivariate forecasting (via variate-wise attention) and could a great match for Darts as we are seeking foundation models that supports multivariate forecasting and forecasting with covariates.
If you are interested in the idea, I could help coordinate the efforts and co-author a PR in Darts repo so that Toto could become one of the first foundation models in Darts. For your reference, here is an my ongoing PR on Chronos-2 implementation in Darts.
