We still have problems of names not being merged and having two pages for same taxon:

Which is related to the need of ancestry information, so yes please include ancestry whenever possible in your XML files for EOL.
Here is an example of EOL XML with ancestry:
http://services.eol.org/schema/examples/fishbase.xml
Any or all higher level taxa when available is good (kingdom, phylum, class, order, family, genus).

Thanks, Eli! Yes, the bar is pretty high right now for merging names. CalPhotos and BHL flickr are probably not the only contributors without enough ancestry information to merge all their images. Katja and I should probably survey all the partners and figure out how hard it is for everyone.

We can now add CalPhotos (id = 267) to harvest queue. The last harvest we had seemed to use an old XML dump of their data. Thanks.

It is not, but I can do that. Hang on... There... hopefully that worked; there were huge conflicts in the harvest script itself, and I kept the LOCAL copy (not the remote copy) because I've made extensive changes there)...
