Attribute	key	String	The attribute to give (going by the root key you used, not the display)
Amount	amount	Scaling Number	The number of points in the attribute to give
Seconds	seconds	Scaling Time	How long the bonus should last in seconds

• Does nothing to targeted mobs or locations
