To reproduce permission issue given by iAdb you just need to start iAdb, enable it in ES File Explorer and goto /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/%package_name%/files/ and try to add/remove anything from there.
I suggest that this needs to be fixed on how many permissions apps gets by iAdb when accessing these kind of directories
At least, some adventages for rooted users so that root permissions could be used by iAdb to give root access to these folders so that file managers using iAdb with root can access these directories as RW.
