[Server] - Create a @MockDatabase annotation

Currently there is not any way to do Spring Boot tests without always bring in the test container.

Add the ability to test in a similar fashion to @MockTypesense.

Does this mean to add test container to the TypeSenseService?

When added annotation mocking Typsense it made it really easy to just set up the mock and focus what the other parts of a service I was working on. I was thinking wouldn't be nice to have simple base mock for the DB as well.
