Request: Adding the precompiled Lua files for the pre-release builds of Black Ops 2 and 3

I am requesting these files be added to the Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 3 files in this repo. The precompiled Lua files in the pre-release builds contain Lua debug information which will be extremely helpful for a project I'm working on.

I know I'm late, but these wouldn't be helpful much unless if you make a decompiler to decompile them. The two public CoD LUA decompilers do not work.
