At the moment the numbering for exercises is 1.1,1.2,1.3 and 2.1, 2.2, and so on. This is probably a remnant from when the course was divided into two days(?). It would be more logical to just use 1,2,3,4 because then we don't need to care about the number of days for the course. It would also be in line with the .Rmd files that are numbered in order.
