看起来是windows下 pem_write 和 pem_read 导致的问题，我这个PR针对windows做了临时处理，把这一步放在python里面执行
你们可以参考一下 j-z10/pygmssl#9

你好！这个 access violation 错误已经在 PR #26 中得到彻底修复：

🔧 问题根源

之前的临时解决方案（降级到 GmSSL v3.1.1）只是规避了问题，真正的根源是：

1. Windows 平台 FILE 指针跨 DLL 边界问题*：C 运行时库的 FILE* 指针无法在不同 DLL 之间传递
2. ctypes 参数传递错误：c_char_p(passwd) 被错误地双重包装

这导致所有涉及 PEM 文件加密操作的函数都会崩溃：

• sm2_private_key_info_encrypt_to_pem
• sm2_private_key_info_decrypt_from_pem
• sm9_enc_master_key_info_encrypt_to_pem
• sm9_sign_master_key_info_encrypt_to_pem

1. ✅ 重构了所有 Windows PEM 操作，使用 Python 原生 I/O 替代 FILE* 指针
2. ✅ 修正了所有 ctypes 参数传递问题
