What's missing
Primitives to set spending targets and track performance against them.
Proposal
Users should be able to set monthly/annual budgets per category (account). Reports like "Budget vs. Actual" should be added to the CLI. Currently, there is no "Budget" table or command to define targets; users can see what they spent via the income-statement, but they can't compare it to a goal.
