Issue with hierarchy relating to imported classes in the Setting Ontology on OLS #1272

Description

Setting Ontology on OLS

On OLS, the class 'park' imported from ENVO and other relevant classes appear twice in the hierarchy (see figure below), once in the way the classes are structured in the BCIO (e.g., subclass of 'outdoor environment') and once the way they are asserted in the original ontology, in this case ENVO.

Ontospread-Ed had the functionality of suppressing parent classes from other ontologies when BCIO developers disagree with them. However, this functionality seems not to be working properly with OLS.

A suggestion would be to better align with the structure of the original ontologies. In the case of the class 'park', for example, organising as a lower class under 'immaterial entity' might not be accurate.
