The gauntlet promote bar (crawloop/loop/gauntlet.py, threaded as agreement_bar in crawloop/loop/driver.py) is a flat default tuned for narrow schemas. Make it scale with schema width so wide schemas don't need per-target hand-tuning. Help wanted.
