create tool for displaying commits to be cherry-picked

Currently when getting commits from adacta specific dotfiles, its hard to differentiate between already cherry-picked commits.

Create a tool that will show if such commits exists - possible add this as post-pull (if something like that exists) hook on dotfiles repo
