Toolbar flashing while typing after certain actions

Describe the bug
If I expand the toolbar and then type, toolbar flashes for each keypress.

To Reproduce
Auto hide toolbar is on.
Open keyboard, expand toolbar. Type anything. Observe the toolbar while typing.

Expected behavior
I shouldn't see the toolbar at all during typing.

App version
3.7.6

its the toolbar hiding options conflicting, try different combination, or show your current toolbar toggles screenshot

noted : the auto fold toggle was the issue, will fix it
