Keyboard closes on Horizontal cursor gesture

To Reproduce

1. Open chatgpt
2. Type anything, although this bug occurs randomly but mostly evident if text appears in two lines
3. Move cursor left and right
4. If done slowly, cursor reaches right most (at the end). But generally the typing is done fast and ao the cursor swipe
5. Then any further swipe gesture closes the cursor and keyboard
6. Sometimes cursor doesn't move at all when moved from end to start direction

Expected behavior
The cursor must stop at the end of the text without closing keyboard
