Remove normalise.css

From the looks of it we should really be keeping default css styling to a minimum. Normalise overwrites a lot of things and if called deep in the sheet it really is a pain to fix. So let's not have complex defaults.

A little more elaboration on this: normalise would be great for SPAs, but we are not one of those.
