Ability to resize text windows

There's a couple places where text is stomped on by the scroll bar. One being the update notes:

And also the output browser, if you have your outputs organized in several levels of sub-folder:

I haven't seen any other places where this happens. It's mainly the output browser that I encounter the most frustration.

I added this as an issue per a suggestion on the Discord, but I thought I'd mention it here where I could attach images to show what I'm talking about.
