Please update to the latest secure patch version of the Python 3.10

I hope there isn’t some feature purpose that could supersede this security vulnerability?

I’ve read the closed issues on the reasons not to update to 3.11+ and such. This obviously isn’t that. Please update Stability Matrix to use the latest security update.

It’s been out since March by the way. Python 3.10.11 is from April 5, 2023.
