Found during the #158 presence live-verify (one-shot probe, dev@7463cbe vs live relay, all legs green — snapshot /query, relay-signed acceptance, crash >60s expiry): the probe had to drive the persona through an untracked example on the public API, because no production daemon calls SellerNode::start_buzz. The capability is merged, fenced (signing allowlist {0, 20001, 22242} in the actor), fully verified — and dead: built + green + unwired.
This is the built-green-dead class (see the enumerate-every-caller doctrine from the cross-mint slice): a starved feature is silent — every tooth passes while no user can reach it.
Ask: wire start_buzz into the seller boot path deliberately (config-gated: [buzz] section absent ⇒ inert, which is already its contract), or explicitly record that the wiring belongs to the bridge slice and charter it there. What must not happen is discovery-later.
Acceptance sketch: a seller booted with a [buzz] config publishes its kind-0 + presence beats with zero extra steps (verifiable via the probe recipe: POST /query NIP-98 authors-filter); a seller without the section behaves byte-identically to today.
