Add to bower and/or cdnjs?

This is more of a feature request than an issue:

It would be great to have LaTeX2HTML5 available to install with bower or to reference on cdnjs. I'm happy to help make this happen if you like. I think both are fairly easy to do.

@brianpmarks I think bower would be a good first step, and getting a version on a cdn would make the install super fast and easy for others. I'll have some time in ~1 week to help out, or feel free to make a pull request, I would like to make this happen!

@pyramation Great! For my situation it would be ideal if LaTeX2HTML5 did not include jQuery, underscore, backbone, etc. in the minified version. They would still obviously be dependencies, similar to MathJax, but it would be up to me to include them. Would you be open to that approach?

If so I can submit a pull request that makes those changes. I've never registered a library with bower but I think the steps are fairly straightforward. You'd need to add a git tag to the repo and include that tag as the version in bower.json. Then use bower to register it.

100%! I think that's the ideal way to do it. I'll keep an eye out for the pull request and do the tag and registration 👍
