For Vue3 integration, you can use the browser bundle approach described in the https://github.com/Mathpix/mathpix-markdown-it#browser. Feel free to reopen with specific details if you encounter issues.

This is a known MathJax 3 issue (mathjax/MathJax#3122) — the legacy AsciiMath code references global, which is not available in modern ESM bundlers.

Workaround: Add define: { global: {} } to your Vite/bundler config (see #274).

A proper fix will come as part of the MathJax 4 migration. Tracking in #375.
