Chakra UI new features

There's a bunch of new things in Chakra UI that should probably be included:

• use the @chakra-ui/next-js package
• Add the theme to the app layout by default
  • make sure dark mode is off by default
• Add icon library and fonts by default

Other things:

• NextAuth should probably be included by default
• Include basic prisma setup
