[FEATURE] Command for a killfeed only hud

Description

Add in a command that disables everything but the killfeed (and crosshair) on the hud, akin to cl_draw_only_deathnotices 1 in CS.

Proposed Solution

As a player, it would be a fun challenge to play with the command enabled sometimes.
As a video/cinematic creator, it would help with making clips where the only needed part of the hud is the killfeed.

why do you need the killfeed, why not only the crosshair. That seems like it would be more useful, in some kind of realistic mode server perhaps

Because if you are recording clips from demos, you would want both the crosshair and the kill feed
