Log details of ns8-sendmail message submission

The ns8-sendmail command is used as mail gateway to send password expiration and other notification messages, however it does not record any activity information in system logs. There is no information about failed/succeeded message submission.

Proposed solution

When a message is submitted, write a structured record in system log that contains:

• subject
• sender
• first recipient
• remote server address
• SMTP status code and status message

• Install a new cluster or update an existing one
• Execute runagent ns8-sendmail
• Verify the command write info inside the journal
