[Feature Request] Way to update core jars -> Paper, Velocity, Purpur, Leaf...

Hello, I'd like to suggest way to update main server.jar

in config probably the option to update the main jar, and we can choose the name, like "server.jar", some people may have named it differently.

And then possible link there form where it should download, like paper, velocity, purpur, leaf...
