Refine Role Configurations and add documentation for existing commands

It would be great if you could add concommands to change the chance of a role spawn. On the other hand its not well documented which commands are added and what they do. It would be nice if you could add a description for every command on the workshop repo or in the README in this repo.

I seen there is a description in the discussions tab. Maybe you could put that into the description of the page and in the readme.
