Flow Issue - Mandatory fields missing

Hi All
I just deployed the last version of PMO Accelerator. When I change a Project request to Approved, it should run the flow and create the project.

Checking the Cloudflow I noticed that three mandatory fields are not filled. Is there any default parameter to be added here?

Any advice on how to proceed is appreciated.
