Breaking configuration changes (operators)

mscolab_settings/mswms_settings: enable_basic_http_authentication is
now ENABLE_BASIC_HTTP_AUTHENTICATION; mswms imprint/gdpr are now
IMPRINT/GDPR (lowercase names are ignored by Flask config).
