Drawing a signature using jSignature

Enhancement tracking to add the option to capture a signature using jSignature. 
Unsure what it would mean if the user's browser doesn't support it or has 
turned of javascript, so may need to test and fall back to a traditional typed 
signature for those instance.

This looks really nice when using a tablet (and those very few who have a 
'pen'), but handwriting by mouse on a PC is pretty ugly at best. But it's a 
reasonable option to consider.
