oc new-app failed

I ran book sample when I use command:

oc new-app https://github.com/OperatingOpenshift/s3e \
--context-dir=highscore-s2i \
--name=highscore

And I got something wrong response:

 WARNING: No container image registry has been configured with the server. Automatic builds and deployments may not function.
    Build scheduled, use 'oc logs -f buildconfig/highscore' to track its progress.
    Run 'oc status' to view your app.

I try to type oc status , then I got:

Errors:
  * bc/highscore is pushing to istag/highscore:latest, but the administrator has not configured the integrated container image registry.

My Lab environment
Openshift version: 4.12.25 on x86

I'm also using OpenShift v4.12, but I'm running in ROSA and got

error: unable to load template file "https://github.com/OperatingOpenShift/s3e": error parsing https://github.com/OperatingOpenShift/s3e: error converting YAML to JSON: yaml: line 32: mapping values are not allowed in this context
error:  local file access failed with: CreateFile https://github.com/OperatingOpenShift/s3e: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
error: unable to locate any images in image streams, templates loaded in accessible projects, template files, local docker images with name "https://github.com/OperatingOpenShift/s3e"

such error without any more configuration.
